Following are this week’s synopses of shows on KBFD TV, which televises Korean dramas with English subtitles:
Weekly update
‘Flower in Prison’
Episode 35;
Episode 36 (Sun.)
Today, 6:45 p.m.: Cheondeuk lands in prison under a murder charge. The King tries to stay away from Oknyo, ultimately for her safety. In an effort to save Cheondeuk, Oknyo and Jiheon cross paths and finally meet.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Oknyo visits Cheondeuk, promising to get him out of his predicament. The King orders the abolishment of Sogeokseo, the prayer hall, but Queen Mother goes against the order and goes to pray.
‘Nobody Knows’
Episode 1 (Mon.); Episode 2 (Tue.)
Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Lieutenant Cha Young-jin is a decorated police officer with years on the force. About 20 years ago, Young-jin lost her friend to a serial killer and she is convinced that she is at fault. In the pursuit to bring the killer to justice, she re-investigates a case decades long. Things take a strange twist when her young neighbor falls off of a building.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Young-jin finally finds a lead to the killer, but devastatingly, it is lost. Her sole friend in the world is her neighbor, a young high school student named Eun-ho. Young-jin finds a critical evidence which she must keep secret from her friend Eun-ho.
‘Shopaholic Louis’
Episode 9 (Wed.); Episode 10 (Thurs.)
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Louis’s grandmother finds out that he is alive and asks to bring him home. Dragged home by his grandmother’s bodyguards, Louis finds out he’s the heir to Golden Group. Louis goes back to Bok-shil’s apartment to see her again.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Louis tells Butler Kim about his feelings for Bok-shil. Bok-shil returns to her hometown without telling Louis. Joong-won goes over to Bok-shil’s in search of her. When Louis goes to Bok-shil’s home on the countryside, he sees Bok-sil and Joong-won together.
‘Return of Bok Dan-ji’
Episode 29 and 30 (Fri.); Episode 31 and 32 (Sat.)
Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Dan-ji asks Min-kyu for the truth about the accident, but Min-kyu pretends he is still unable to speak. Dan-ji is taken away by detectives whilst talking to Seo-jin.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m.: Dan-ji is faced with being arrested for assaulting Hwa-young. Min-kyu finally stars talking. Dan-ji rushes over to the hospital after hearing that Min-kyu’s condition is dire.
