Chimako Miyoshi
Chimako Miyoshi passed away on Jan. 12, 2020, in Lihue, at the age of 93. She was born on Aug. 15, 1926, in Japan.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenichi Miyoshi; son Kenneth Kazuo Miyoshi; daughter Irene Yodogawa; brother Jikei Ueno; sister Tsuruko Kikawa.
She is survived by her daughters, Dorothy Yoshii of California, Florence Nishioka of Lihue, Jean Urabe of California, Nancy (Harry) Ishihara of Waimea, Ruth Tamura of California; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services were held. The family kindly requests no koden.

Dorothy Chizuko Ishida
Dorothy Chizuko Ishida of Koloa, passed away on Feb. 1, 2020, at the age of 94. She was born on March 20, 1925, on Kauai.
A retired secretary, she was preceded in death by her spouse Tamotsu and Fuki Nishimura.
She is survived by her daughter Lorrie (Lance) Ishida; sister Lucille (Naotoshi) Mikasa; brothers, Glenn (Lilian) Nishimura, Charles Nishimura; 3 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
