Bridge meeting set for March 4

KAPAA An informational open house is being held at the Kapaa Public Library about the Kapaa Stream Bridge Project on Wednesday, March 4, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be hosted by Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company and the Federal Highway Administration. Light pupu will be served.
