Laura said the St. Catherine Parish is hosting its second Valentine Event for married couples, and for those couples considering marriage, Friday at the Kauai Beach Resort so guests can “dress up a little.” Doors open at 5 p.m., dinner starts at 6 p.m., and the program and dancing follow…Tickets and info at the church or school office…822-4212.
Eleele School PCNC Mahea Contrades (she was even at the Monday play-in game to cheer on her ‘Bebes’ because her daughter is at Kamehameha) is anxiously waiting for Friday when the school hosts its STEM Night from 5:30 p.m. at the school…she said there are lots of other school students participating.
Meanwhile, Chef Johnny Saguid has his plate full of NFL Super Bowl specials for both Gaylord’s (kudos to Ryne Terao on his 34th wedding anniversary and a reason to check out the Sunday Brunch!) and the Clayworks at Kilohana Souper Bowl Sunday special. Kudos to Shannon Hiramoto and Delia Akaji for pulling together that great Mu‘umu‘u Month brunch soiree.
