Also new at the market, Melissa McFerrin-Warrack (Finnegan was engrossed with his electronic device, and Ada Koene was trying to finish the rest of the gandule rice) said Jeremy Inman of Health Go is the latest addition to “organic row.”
Kenny Ishii doesn’t want the Kauai Poke Festival (it’s coming up, Nov. 18, 2020!) to conflict with the Kauai Veterans Day parade so set the date, already.
Cheryl Stiglmeier was balancing the Girl Scout Cookie Rally (yes, it’s here — first market sales for those who didn’t pre-order from your local Girl Scout is Feb. 21!) and the Science Olympiad for middle- and high-school students (kudos to Ryan Girard on another great event). Ryan has the Science Olympiad for elementary school students coming up April 26 at KCC.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars for Friday when Stacie Chiba Miguel and The Shops at Kukuiula present a Chinese New Year celebration, complete with firecrackers and the Chinese lion, to coincide with the shopping center’s monthly Flavors of Kukuiula.
