HONOLULU — Hawaii’s Legislature convenes Wednesday at the Hawaii State Capitol.
Senate President Ronald D. Kouchi will preside over the Senate as it convenes its 2020 session at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Senate Chamber.
The opening of the legislative session in the House of Representatives marks the second year of the biennium for the 30th Legislature.
The gallery will open to the public at 9:30 a.m. from the rotunda level.
