LIHUE — The Kaui Island Utility Cooperative Nominating Committee confirmed four candidates for its board of directors election on March 14.
The candidates are Dee Crowell, Jim Mayfield, Steve Parsons and Allan A. Smith.
The four candidates are running for three seats on the board of directors. A director is one of nine elected representatives of the members of KIUC. The board sets the strategic direction and policies of the cooperative.
Election packets will be mailed to members at the end of February. The deadline to vote in the board of directors election is Saturday, March 14.
