HONOLULU — The state Department of Labor & Industrial Relations on Thursday announced that the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for November was 2.6 percent, compared to 2.7 percent in August to October.
Statewide, 645,250 were employed and 17,500 unemployed in November, for a total seasonally adjusted labor force of 662,750. Nationally, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 3.5 percent in November, compared to 3.6 percent in October.
Kauai’s jobless rate in November was 2.9 percent, up slightly from 2.7 percent in October and in November 2018.
