HONOLULU — A voluntary recall of a limited quantity of Cheese Nips (11-ounce box) products in Hawaii is underway due to the potential presence of small, yellow plastic pieces from a dough scraper.
The company became aware of this issue when yellow plastic pieces were noticed on the manufacturing equipment, a press release said.
This recall is limited to Cheese Nips products with the UPC code 0 44000 03453 5, and with the “Best When Used By Date” of May 18, May 19 and May 20, 2020.
Consumers who have this product should not eat it and are advised to discard it. Consumers may contact the company at 1-844-366-1171, 24 hours a day, to get more information.

News yesterday that Romaine lettuce recall causing KIDNEY FAILURE IN a few people…certainly Romaine lettuce doesn’t cause kidney failure, but the chemicals sprayed on the lettuce can.
