On Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 9:15 a.m. Kauai High School will be conducting its annual off-campus evacuation drill. About 1,250 individuals, including students, teachers, staff and administrators will evacuate the school campus by walking along Lala Road and crossing Rice Street to Nawiliwili Park, then return to the campus.
On Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 9:15 a.m. Kauai High School will be conducting its annual off-campus evacuation drill. About 1,250 individuals, including students, teachers, staff and administrators will evacuate the school campus by walking along Lala Road and crossing Rice Street to Nawiliwili Park, then return to the campus.
During the drill, Lala Road and Rice Street to Nawiliwili Park will be closed. The Kauai Police Department will be assisting school leaders with the evacuation drill to help ensure the safety of everyone involved. In the case of an actual emergency visit kauaihigh.org for updates.
