Benjamin Albarado Allianic Sr.
Benjamin Albarado Allianic Sr. passed away at home in Lawai on Aug. 29, 2019, at the age of 93. He was born on July 31, 1926, in Waimea. He was U.S. Army veteran and a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by wife Linda Allianic, daughter Juvana Rapozo, father Dorotio Allianic, mother Margaret Albarado Allianic, and grandson Gary Allianic Jr.
He is survived by sons Benjamin (Laura) Allianic Jr. of Florida, Gary Allianic Sr. of Lihue, Mark Allianic of Lawai, Glenn (June) Allianic of Koloa and Derwin (Lisa) Allianic of Lihue, daughters Rose (Barry) Hashimoto of Waimea, Maureen Allianic of Hanapepe, Anna (Francis “Joey”) Brun of Lawai, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, brothers William Allianic Sr. of Pakala and Edward (Sandy) Allianic of Seattle, sisters Lillian Labrador of Florida, Connie (Merv) Bacarro of Lihue, Rose Marie (Herman) Peleres of Mililani, Oahu, and Carmen (Julius) Nordmeir of Wamea, and numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services are Saturday, Sept. 28, at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe, with visitation from 9:30 to 10 a.m. and service at 10 a.m., with a luncheon to follow.
The family suggests casual attire and welcomes flowers.

Clifford Yutaka Kojiri
Clifford Yutaka Kojiri passed away at his home on Aug. 15, 2019, at the age of 65. He was born on April 20, 1954, in Waimea.
He was preceded in death by parents Tsutomu Kojiri and Elaine Ching Kojiri, and sister Christine Kojiri Naka‘ahiki.
He is survived by nephew Kellen Naka‘ahiki, brother-in-law Lambert Naka‘ahiki, and numerous cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Garden Island Mortuary chapel, with visitation from 9:30 10 a.m. and services at 10 a.m. The family suggests casual attire and requests that flowers be omitted.
Glenn Ku‘uleinaniakealoha Kapahu
Glenn Ku‘uleinaniakealoha Kapahu passed away in Waimea Valley on Sept. 2, 2019, at the age of 62. He was born on Sept. 12, 1956, in Honolulu.
He was preceded in death by parents Masa and Kia Kapahu and Moses and Rose Keale Akana, and sisters Patricia (Leonard) Kapea and Charlene (Lawrence) Acopan.
He is survived by brothers Stephen (Alisa) Akana of Honolulu and Tom Akana of Honolulu, sister Charlene (Kalei) Castillo, and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, in Waimea Valley, 5615 Menehune Road, with visitation at 9:30 a.m. and service at 10 a.m.
The family suggests casual attire.

Sharon Mae Santiago
Sharon Mae Santiago passed away in Lihue on July 28, 2019, at the age of 59. She was born on Jan. 5, 1960, in Lihue.
She had been doing voluntary community outreach and other church activities.
She was preceded in death by father Angel Santiago Sr., mother Margaret (Richard) Gomes, sister Dora Anna (Dubo) Hirokane and Naumu Thomas Kekoa Spencer.
She is survived by sons Shaun-Casey (Krystal) Banasihan and Christian (Faye) Santiago-Ader, daughters Sharae (Hayward) Halog and Shaun-Tae (Naumu) Santiago, brothers Angel (Lorita) Santiago Jr., Ronald (Irvette) Santiago and Chico Santiago, sister Matilda (George) Inouye, six grandsons, five granddaughters, and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21 at 9 a.m. at Kekaha Cemetery, with a celebration of life to follow at Waimea Neighborhood Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The family suggests casual attire and welcomes flowers.
