HANAMAULU — A meeting has been set for Sunday, Sept. 8, to discuss Loop Road and answer questions from the community about plans to start repairs after severe floods caused serious damage in April 2018.
Hosted by the state Department of Land and Natural Resources Division of Forestry and Wildlife, the meeting is from 3 to 5 p.m. at King Kaumualii Elementary School cafeteria in Hanamaulu.
DOFAW staff will provide an update on the status and timeline for the Lihue Koloa-Forest Reserve Loop Road Restoration project.
