LIHUE Kauai police are searching for two inmates identified as Isaiah Pongasi-Adric and Jeffrey Kelekoma Jr. who escapedfrom the Kauai Community Correctional Center overnight.
LIHUE — Kauai police are searching for two inmates identified as Isaiah Pongasi-Adric and Jeffrey Kelekoma Jr. who escapedfrom the Kauai Community Correctional Center overnight.
Pongasi-Adric is 21 years old, 5 feet and 7 inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Kelekoma Jr. is 37 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Both inmates are part of the Lifetime Stand program and were housed in the outside dorms on property.
Pongasi-Adric and Kelekoma Jr. were last seen by KCCC personnel during the 10 p.m. room check, and discovered missingshortly before the 11 p.m. headcount.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to call Police Dispatch at 241-1711. Those wishing to remainanonymous can call Crime Stoppers Kauai at 246-8300.
Uhhh, tell the public what their charges were!! You’re gonna report on two escaped inmates and not let us know if they could be dangerous…?
KPD gonna wait till a civilian apprehends these guys, like they did last time there was an escaped inmate…?
Should have KCCC Guards go look for them along with the Sheriff and DLNR, the State lost these guys, not the County of Kauai, COK always have to clean up the States mess.
Why is it everything KPD this KPD that. When the state messes up quick Kpd’s fault… when a fireman gets arrested for a violent crime I don’t see it in the news paper. Get over yourself LMAT.. I agree with joe public.. KCCC guards should be looking for them and be held accountable.
