The Rev. Richard F. Etzel
The Rev. Richard F. Etzel, 84, of Lihue, passed away on July 21, 2019. He was born in Topeka, Kansas, on June 25, 1935, and lived as a priest for the Diocese of Eastern Kansas.
He was preceded in death by brother Dan Etzel.
He is survived by wife Liz Crites and cousin Sharon Gross of Salem, Oregon.
Private services will be held at a later date.
