Galiza Sr.
Pedro Felix Constantino Galiza Sr., 89, of Puhi, passed away on June 4, 2019. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, on March 6, 1930, and retired from Kauai Lagoons as a housekeeper.
He was preceded in death by parents Rufino and Martina Galiza, children Maria, Delia and Jose Galiza, sister Veronica (Crispin) Ramil, and brother Federico Galiza.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Rosita Galiza, children Wilmer (Emily) Galiza, Alperica (Florencio) Ramento, Jel “Lito” Galiza, Renato (Mary Jane) Galiza, Imelda (Albert) Honorato, Pedro (Jessica) Galiza Jr. and Divina (Gerald) Rapozo, 17 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, sister Monica Queja of the Philippines, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 19, at Immaculate Conception Church, with viewing from 8 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.

Clayton Pihaleo Ah Tong Chow
Clayton Pihaleo Ah Tong Chow of Kapaa passed away on June 17, 2019, at the age of 61.
He was born in Lihue on Dec. 12, 1957, and was a CSM operator for Aqua Engineers Inc.
He was preceded in death by parents Kenneth and Martha Huddy Chow, sister Lyndell Makanani, and brother Michael Chow.
He is survived by wife Kimberly Chow, son Clay Chow, brother Ken Chow, sister Darlene (George) Thronas, and numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lihue Kauai Veterans Center.

Salvatore K. Jordano Sr.
Salvatore K. Jordano Sr., 84, of Las Vegas, passed away May 4, 2019.
He is survived by children Rayleen Parker, Salestine (Vincent) Olds, Salvatore K. Jordano Jr. and Abraham (Gaynell) Jordano, grandchildren Tyson K. Leslie, Edwin K. Jordano, Kauakea K. Olds, Teawe K. Olds, Onipa‘a O. Olds, Gerald Jordano, Carly Rose M. Jordano, Mariah K.K. Jordano and Alexis L. Jordano, and five great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for Saturday, July 27, at 10 a.m. at Smith’s Beach in Anahola. The family suggests casual attire.
Enriqueta Acob Cubangbang
Enriqueta Acob Cubangbang of Lihue passed away on June 12, 2019. She was born in Barangay 34, Cabaruan, Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, on July 28, 1923.
She retired as a guava picker for Kilauea Agronomics.
She was preceded in death by husband Vicente Cubangbang, parents Tomas and Estefania Acob, and brother Dionisio Acob of Wailua.
She is survived by sons Leo (Jesusa) Cubangbang, Ross (Jocelyn) Cubangbang, Carlos ( Helen ) Cubangbang, Felino (Dominga) Cubangbang, Evaristo (Eliza) Cubangbang and Gregorio (Jane) Cubangbang, all of Lihue, and Silver (Eleanor) Cubangbang of Las Vegas, daughters Martina Cubangbang and Lucrecia (Reinaldo) Aurelio of Lihue, Josefina (Norberto) Ventura of Hilo, Hawaii, and Corazon (Ange ) Cruz of San Bernandino, California, 23 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit the family on Friday, July 19, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary chapel in Koloa, and again on Saturday, July 20, at Immaculate Conception Church in Lihue, with visitation at 8 a.m. and Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park, Lihue.

Mabel Reis Medeiros
Mabel Reis Medeiros, 93, of Kapolei, passed away at home on July 1, 2019.
She was born in Eleele on April 30, 1926.
She was a housewife.
She was preceded in death by husband Joe (Jose) Medeiros, daughter Linda M. Rita, sons Joseph Adam and Dominick P. Medeiros, grandson Leonard Rita Jr., parents William and Mary Reis, brother Adam Reis, and sisters-in-law Annie Reis, Margaret Reis and Dolly Reis.
She is survived by daughter Shirley A. (Benny) Laguatan, son John W. (Nina) Medeiros, sister Violet (Wallace) Moura, brothers Alfred, Harry and Thomas Reis, sister-in-law Janet Reis, five grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, three great-great grand children, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo on Thursday, July 18, with visitation from 9 to 9:45 a.m. and Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
