The Kauai Police Activities League (K-PAL) is accepting registrations for its Lihue, Kapaa and Waimea wrestling programs.
The Kapaa wrestling program is accepting registrations for youth kindergarten through 12th grade. Practices are tentatively set for Mondays and Wednesdays at the K-PAL Youth Center in Kapaa. On these days, youth grades nine through 12 will practice from 3 to 4:30 p.m., and youth kindergarten through eighth grade will practice from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
The Lihue wrestling program is accepting registrations for youth grades two through 12. Lihue practices are tentatively set for Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Kauai High School cafeteria from 4 to 6 p.m. Availability is limited to 30 participants.
The Waimea wrestling program is accepting registrations for youth kindergarten through twelfth grade. Waimea practices are tentatively set for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Westside Wrestling Club facility at Waimea Baptist Church.
All practices are anticipated to begin in March, with the first tournament for K-PAL wrestling tentatively scheduled for April 12.
