The surveyor position at the Department of Public Works has been vacant for approximately four to five years. When does the Administration plan to fill this position?
The Department of Public Works welcomes all applicants to inquire about the position with the County of Kauai’s Human Resources Department.

What efforts are being taken to address the severe gas and sewer odors in this area?
The Department of Public Works inspected the area on Wednesday and were unable to find an issue. However, a manhole will be inserted if further complaints are made.
Seawall
Are there plans to repair the roadway along the Kalapaki Beach seawall?
The County of Kauai will research into this matter.
