The Kapaa Eagles Junior Varsity cheer squad, including Dustin Jerves, Jaylee Souza, Kyary Cummings, Auree Cardinez, Brynn Klebesadel, Kayana Goias-Jerves, Sabryn Dato (missing Zaiana Alapai-Pimental and Kaysha Mundon) take a break of gift wrapping, Friday at the Kukui Grove Center as a fundraiser for their Florida trip to participate in the National Pop Warner Cheer and Dance competition that will take place Dec. 3 in Orlando, Florida. Coached by Rosie Jerves, the Eagles will be participating in the Level III Small division. The Lihue Raiders Mighty Mite football team will leave Wednesday to participate in the National Pop Warner Super Bowl of football in Orlando, Florida.
