New Zealanders turn out to see royals despite rain and wind

AUCKLAND, New Zealand — Rain, wind and a distant earthquake didn’t seem to dampen the enthusiasm of New Zealanders who turned out to see Prince Harry and wife Meghan on Tuesday.
