He was outscored by Michael Questin of Na Koa Green who dropped 14 points, and Mone Malafu who controlled the inside for 13 points.
But Dizol’s scoring, combined with 10 points from Hand Carlos, led the Warriors Volt to a 39-38 edge for the division title in the first of four games contested in Kalaheo.
Another nail-biter between the Kaulupono girls and the Kauai Lynx settled the girls ninth grade division in Game 3 when Amalya Sales and Zoe Santa Maria each dropped nine points to lead the Lynx to a 31-30 edge over Kaulupono for the division crown.
Kaye Serapio topped the Kaulupono effort on 10 points.
In the second matchup of the night, Tyra Valencia finished with eight points to lead the Westside Blue to a 29-7 win over the Kauai Ballers in a girls fifth grade division matchup.
The Westside teams completed a successful night by the Westside White taking the Dream Team, 34-8, behind 11 points from Lilly Kaohelaulii. Keilani Pia-Salvador topped the Dream Team effort on three points.
Following three games Saturday at the Southside Sports Center at the Kauai Christian Fellowship, the youth basketball enters its final week of play starting Monday with four games on tap starting at 5:30 p.m.
