LIHUE — The public is advised that the outermost southbound lane of Kuhio Highway at the intersection with Ehiku Street will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. tonight through Thursday.
LIHUE — The public is advised that the outermost southbound lane of Kuhio Highway at the intersection with Ehiku Street will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. tonight through Thursday.
Two-way traffic will be available during this time. Southbound traffic will use the innermost lane near the intersection. Traffic will not be allowed to either turn onto Ehiku Street from Kuhio Highway or turn onto Kuhio Highway from Ehiku Street and will be detoured via Eha Street.
The lane closure is necessary to allow the county Department of Public Works Wastewater Management Division to perform maintenance on their collection system.
