Royce Takeo Ebesu Jr.
Royce Takeo Ebesu Jr., 61, of Hilo, Hawaii, passed away on May 11, 2018, at his home. Born in Lihue, he was an insurance agent of Pyramid Insurance, and owner of Kozmic Kones, Body Therapy in Hilo and Lihue.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 3, at the Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin Sangha Hall (398 Kilauea Avenue) in Hilo from 1 p.m., with a celebration of life beginning at 2:30 p.m. The family requests casual attire is requested, and requests that flowers and koden (monetary offerings) be omitted.
He is survived by wife Janey Ebesu of Hilo, sons Royce “R.T.” Ebesu III of Hilo, and Travis Ebesu of Sunnyvale, California, parents Royce and Helen Ebesu Sr. of Kapaa, brothers Glenn (Linda) Ebesu of Kapaa and Scott Ebesu of Lihue, and numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Dodo Mortuary, Inc. in Hilo.
