LIHUE — The Kauai Police Department is asking for the public’s help with finding a missing Kauai man.
Ryan Lucus Joel, 19, was last seen at his Kapaa residence on May 15. He has not returned home or made contact with anyone since.
Joel is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs roughly 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Joel has a thin build, dark complexion and is of Polynesian descent.
Anyone with information about Joel is urged to call KPD dispatch at 241-1711, or Crime Stoppers at 246-8300.
