LAWAI — A Japanese tea ceremony from the Urasenke Kauai Kyoukai tea association is set for May 26 at the Lawai International Center’s Hall of Compassion.
Sessions take place at 10:30 a.m., noon, 1:30 and 3 p.m. The sounds of the shakuhachi (ancient Japanese flute) by Kyle Chew opens each session, and light refreshments will be served.
