Armenia’s parliament rejects protest leader as new premier

YEREVAN, Armenia — Armenia’s parliament rejected making the opposition lawmaker who led weeks of anti-government rallies the country’s new prime minister Tuesday, prompting him to call for a nationwide strike in protest.
