How to help family after fire
How to help family after fire
Mahalo to John Steinhorst for his wonderful article (March 2) about our friends Francisco and Abdi Meza, whose rented home in Kapaa burned down while they were attending a church conference on the Mainland.
One clarification:
To help the family get back on their feet, Lincoln and I are the collection point for the parents’ immediate needs: work equipment for Francisco (professional carpenter’s tools) and Abdi (professional cleaning supplies).
To help the family furnish their home (once they find a good rental) please consider donating to the GoFundMe account set up by their next door neighbor. Go to GoFundMe.com and type in: Francisco Meza Fire.
Mahalo nui loa,
Pamela Varma and Lincoln Gill, Kapaa
Attending a church conference in the mainland? Arson. Who burned it down?
