Maxwell joins Layton Construction
LIHUE — David S. Layton, president and CEO of Layton Construction, announced that Bob Maxwell has joined the company as executive vice president for business development. Maxwell formerly served as a partner and senior vice president for business development at Level 10 Construction, headquartered in Silicon Valley.
Layton Construction, one of the largest general contractors in the U.S., has completed projects in 40 states and has two offices in Hawaii, located in Honolulu and Lihue, as well as offices in Irvine, San Jose, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Boise, Orlando and Nashville. Layton Construction works extensively in the areas of healthcare, hospitality, retail, entertainment, warehouse and distribution and commercial offices.
Maxwell will use his expertise and experience to expand opportunities for Layton Construction within California.
