The top six boys and girls who recorded the highest averages this season were named Kauai Interscholastic Federation bowling all-stars.
The 12 bowling standouts also were required to play a minimum of nine games during the season. The list was released by the league Thursday.
Kapaa High School freshman Dana Murata led the girls with an average of 197.
Waimea senior Daleijah Campos-Banasihan was second with 184. Kauai High junior Krysten Padasdao was third with 170. Waimea’s Kiarra Palacio (161), Kauai’s Kaylee Braun (151) and Kauai’s Sommer Luis (150) round out the girls top six.
Kauai senior Allan Bueno led the all star boys this year with an average of 206. Kauai senior Alvin Reis was second with 200.
Kapaa sophomore Kalani Young (190), Waimea senior Edmelle Medina (186), Waimea senior Jaime Mararagan (180) and Kauai senior Aaryn Suan (178) forms the rest of the boys top six.
