Kiyoko Urabe
Kiyoko Urabe 98 years old of Lawai, Kauai passed away on Jan. 7, 2018. She was born on Oct. 9, 1919, in Makaweli, Kauai. She was a retired housekeeper.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Urabe; parents, Asaichi and Tamayo Okamoto.
She is survived by her sons, James Urabe of Lawai, David Urabe of Lawai; daughters, Ana Watanabe of Honolulu, Joan Gauster of Minnesota, Rachel Miyake of Lihue, Liz Kunimoto of Wailua; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Private services were held
Garden Island Mortuary assisted the family with arraignments.

Evelyn Eileen Cook’s, memorial service will be held Sunday, Jan. 14 in Kilauea at Kauai Christian Fellowship on Kilauea Road.
