Francisca A. Pasion
Francisca A. Pasion, 90, of Hanapepe, passed away on Nov. 22, 2017 at Wilcox Medical Center.
She was born on Sept. 7, 1927, in the Philippines.
She is survived by son Edimor (Raquel) Agustinez, daughter Joanne Pasion, four grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Dec. 8, at St. John’s &St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Eleele from 9 to 9:45 a.m., where services will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery.
The family suggests casual attire.

Edward J. Pina, 67, of Hilo, passed away on Nov. 24, 2017, at Pohai Malama Care Center.
Damien Francis Texeira
Damien Francis Texeira, 80, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away at his home on Nov. 24, 2017.
He was born on Aug. 11, 1937 in Lihue, and resided most of his life in Kapaa.
He was preceded in death by parents Frank and Mary Texeira.
He is survived by wife Karen, daughters Cheryl Moreno and Danielle Salvas, brothers Edmund and Herman Texeira, sister Evangeline Konvick, three grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, nephews, nieces and numerous cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at St. Catherine Church in Kapaa, from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Catherine Cemetery.
Manuel V. ‘Big Boy’ ‘Malampo’ Pacheco Jr.
Manuel V. “Big Boy” “Malampo” Pacheco Jr. of Eleele Nani passed away at his home on Nov. 8, 2017, at the age of 83.
He was born in Waimea on Feb. 16, 1934, and retired as a mechanic with McBryde Sugar Company.
He was preceded in death by parents Manuel V. Pacheco Sr. and Rosa Julia Gonsalves Pacheco, and wife Shirley Lei Boro Pacheco.
He is survived by his sons Vernon D. (Katherine Adaoag) Pacheco of Puhi and Douglas T. Pacheco of Kekaha, daughters Rosalind (Richard) Dougherty of Oregon, Melissa M. (Paul Yadao Sr.) Pacheco of Lawai and Dolores D. (Henry Rivera) Pacheco of Eleele, six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, brother Gerald J. (Mary) Pacheco of Illinois, sister Dolores DeCosta of Kekaha, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 13, at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 6 to 9 p.m.

Charles Tilley
Charles Tilley, 78, of Omao, passed away on Nov. 21, 2017, at his home.
He was born on July 22, 1939, in Kentucky.
He had a very successful career in the alarm business, and received many awards.
He was preceded in death by parents Lee and Mae Tilley, and son David Mitchell Tilley.
He is survived by his loving wife Linda Tilley, son Robert Charles Tilley, daughters Carole Ann (Larry) Paget, Sharon Lee Zieska and Gabrielle Reed, one grandchild, and his loving and loyal dog Charlie II.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 11 a.m. at the Lydgate Beach Park small pavilion.
The family suggests casual attire, and requests that flowers be omitted.
