LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Latest on sexual harassment and abuse allegations against Harvey Weinstein (all times local):
12:50 p.m.
Attorney Gloria Allred is pressing for The Weinstein Co. to create a fund to compensate alleged victims of sexual assault and harassment by the film company’s former co-chairman Harvey Weinstein.
Allred on Wednesday in New York held her second press conference in two days unveiling another woman claiming Weinstein sexually assaulted her. Actress Natassia Malthe told reporters that Weinstein barged into her London hotel room late at night in 2010, removed his pants, began masturbating and then forced himself on her. Malthe says, “It was not consensual.”
Malthe, a still working actress with dozens of credits, is at least the sixth woman to accuse Weinstein of rape.
Weinstein representative Sallie Hofmeister has said that “any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein.” Hofeister did not immediately respond to messages Wednesday.
Allred is representing numerous accusers against Weinstein. She urged the film mogul’s former company to “put their money where their mouth is.”
Representatives for The Weinstein Co. didn’t immediately respond to messages Wednesday.

An aspiring actress has sued The Weinstein Co. alleging it was aware of sexual misconduct by its co-founder, Harvey Weinstein.
Dominique Huett claims in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles that Weinstein performed oral sex on her against her wishes at a Beverly Hills hotel in 2010.
A representative for The Weinstein Co. and Weinstein himself did not immediately respond Wednesday to emails seeking comment.
Huett’s negligence lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
Her attorney Jeff Herman says Huett is suing Weinstein’s former company because she only recently discovered claims that it knew of sex harassment allegations against its co-founder dating back to the 1990s.
Herman says the recent discovery argument is key to Huett overcoming the statute of limitations barring a lawsuit based on the alleged conduct.
