Outrigger club needs paddles - The Garden Island

The high school outrigger canoe paddling season starts this week and the Pu‘uwai Canoe Club is going to have over 100 students. It has $1,000 to buy paddles, but that’s 10 or 12 paddles at best, and will still leave

If you have paddles you no longer use, consider donating or lending them to the club’s varsity and junior varsity paddling program.

Pu‘uwai is a nonprofit, and any donations made can be used as a tax deduction.
