TULSA, Okla. (AP) — The Latest on a white former Oklahoma police officer on trial for a fourth time in the fatal shooting of his daughter’s black boyfriend. (all times local):

Jurors in the trial of a white former Oklahoma police officer have heard a 911 call in which his daughter screams to dispatchers that her father had shot her 19-year-old black boyfriend.
Lisa Kepler, the daughter of ex-Tulsa officer Shannon Kepler, testified Tuesday in her father’s 2014 first-degree murder trial. Shannon Kepler is being tried for a fourth time after three previous juries deadlocked.
Lisa Kepler testified that her father asked her boyfriend, Jeremey Lake, what he was doing while she and Lake were walking near a bridge.
The Tulsa World reports that Lisa testified she walked away and had her back turned when she “heard gunshots.”
Shannon Kepler has said he shot Lake believing his daughter’s boyfriend was armed, but no gun was found on or near Lake.

The trial of a white former Oklahoma police officer charged with murder in the killing of his daughter’s black boyfriend has resumed a day after a key witness said through tears he couldn’t continue testifying.
Proceedings in Shannon Kepler’s fourth murder trial resumed Tuesday. He’s charged with killing 19-year-old Jeremey Lake.
Witness Josh Mills testified Monday that he ran to Lake after the shooting and that Lake’s girlfriend said her father pulled the trigger.
Mills later cursed defense attorney Richard O’Carroll when asked if Lake had tried earlier to borrow a gun. Mills began to cry and said he couldn’t continue. The trial was recessed for the day.
Kepler testified in a previous trial that he fired because he saw Lake with a gun, although no weapon was found.
