This undated photo released by Colombia’s National Police show officers escorting a man who police identify as Ecuadorean drug trafficker Edison Prado after his April 2017 arrest on an indictment by a Florida federal court. A few months after his arrest in a DEA-organized raid, Prado showed up on a list with more than 20 others suspected traffickers wanted for extradition by the U.S. who rebels of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, FARC, claimed as jailed members of their now-disbanded insurgency even though they have no known history of rebellion.
