He was born on March 23, 1927.
He was preceded in death by his wife Kikumi Fujita.
Friends may visit the family on Friday, Sept. 22, at Eleele Episcopal Church from 9 a.m. Services will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Inurnment will be at Kauai Veterans Cemetery.
The family suggests casual attire.

Alfredo Ancheta Ganir, 72, of Kapaa, passed away at his home in Kapaa.
He was born on July 8, 1945, in the Philippines.
He is survived by his wife, Regina Gallardo Ganir; two daughters, Sylvia (Joel) Santos, Sonia (Ethan Russell) Agustin; three sons, Emerson (Mylin) Ganir, Alan (Eileen) Ganir, Allwin Ganir; four sisters, Anastacia Acob Pascua, Teresita Aguilar, Perlita Agmata, Romana Peterson; four brothers, Wayne Ganir, Justino Ganir, Tomas Ganir, Elpie Ganir; 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Sept. 30, at Immaculate Conception Church from 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., where Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kalapaki Bay Memorial Park Cemetery.

Albertson Mylo Gideon, 4, of Koloa, passed away on Sept. 4, 2017, at Kapiolani Medical Center.
He was born on March 10, 2013, in Hawaii.
He is survived by his mother, Miana Korn; father, Edison Gideon; brother, Myles Korn; sister, Thanigia Gideon; grandparents, Pastor Shem (Adna) Korn; grandmother, Bine Gideon; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Sept. 23, at Hanapepe Hawaiian Church from 10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., where services will be at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery.

Barbara Boro Rita, 85, of Kalaheo, passed away at her home in Kalaheo.
She was born on June 27, 1932, in Port Allen Camp.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Costa Rita; son Edward Rita, Jr.; daughter Raynette Neolani Rita; and parents Dominado and Mary Boro.
She is survived by her three daughters, Valerie Linoz Rita, Verlynn Keuma, Radine (Jeff) Fabro; two sons, Warren (Karen) Rita, Eric (Elizabeth) Rita; 16 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Robert Boro, Donald (Loretta) Boro, Roy (Valerie) Boro; one sister, Irene (Castrol) Lovell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, Sept. 21, at Borthwick/Kauai Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Services will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.
