Coulter column quite illuminating – not
Thank you very much for bringing us Ann Coulter. In my opinion this glimpse into extreme right-wing opinion should occur about once per week so we can all keep up to date. No point in addressing Ann’s many hyperbolic contentions — America is a white (biracial) Christian nation; news to the Jews, Muslims, Atheists, Buddhists, Hindus, etc.; Democratic-appointed judges are “America hating activists” — which are all simply ludicrous. But we can relate to some facts brought up.
If amnesty numbers are 1.5 million, that equals approximately less than half of 1 percent of the entire United States population. If we accept that there are 12 million undocumented people in the U.S., that is approximately 4 percent. It seems Ms. Coulter is warning us about this tiny percentage working “to transform this country into a Third World hellhole.”
If she truly believes what she is saying, versus trumpeting her unrealistic expectations to garner attention, I must admit a very sad feeling for Ms. Coulter. I hope we can save our nation from the “invading horde.”
Thank you again for letting Ann illuminate us.
