HONOLULU — The Nature Conservancy of Hawaii named three new members to its board of trustees.
Richard N. Zwern is one of the state’s leading communication and marketing professionals. Kris N. Kobayashi is a former coordinator of government and community relations for one Hawaii’s largest companies. Dr. Alan M. Friedlander is a prominent international marine scientist.
All three were named to the board on Wednesday.
“We are honored to have the expertise and enthusiasm of three professionals with such a diverse range of experience,” said Ulalia Woodside, the Conservancy’s Hawaii executive director. “All three value the environment and understand the contribution it makes to our economy and quality of life.”
