Trump spinning out of control, Hooser just pointed it out
In response to the slamming given to Gary Hooser and the support given to Donald Trump, I submit:
It is very difficult to hold any respect for the likes of Donald Trump, basically a failed business man that has left a wake of bankruptcies and unpaid contractors and laborers.
The $14 million his father gave him to get started would have made him wealthier if it had been invested in a good interest-bearing account.
Another Republican is believing the lies that come from Donald Trump, where it has been proven time and again that his statements bear no facts to back up his ramblings. Just fact check his statements, starting with his delusional accounting of how many attended his inauguration.
The only saving grace to this whole election was that the majority of the voters (by 3 million) voted for Hillary. And were it not for the gerrymandering the Republicans have created, would not have had the electoral votes either.
The bullying we are seeing across the country has in fact been caused by the bully occupying the White House. He makes it sound as if that is standard behavior. Not to mention his demeaning of women.
He has not accomplished one promise he made in what he would do when elected, thankfully.
The Russian collusion is getting deeper with each day, to include his family as well.
Tweeting is such a child like action to the important issues facing us.
The United States has lost its place in the eyes of the world and its foreign leaders; our reputation has diminished to that of a developing country.
It is heartwarming to see his approval rating dropping daily.
And during the Gipper’s term, FYI, unemployment was at an all-time high and interest rates were out of control — good job.
And in defense of Gary Hooser who has spent a better part of his career trying to clean up the island from the pesticide spraying companies that have occupied our island, doing this on his own dime. He has the good of the people at heart, and it was our loss when he was not re-elected to the council. He is calling it like it is when it comes to the fiasco the man in the White House is representing. And drawing attention to the fact that we need affordable housing.
This being a Democratic state it is reassuring to know the prior letter was written by a man who is in the minority here on Kauai.
