Ferdinand Dosono (ever notice how nice that aroma of pickled vegetables are when you pass the table?) is going to demonstrate kalbi and Tesla is going to have some of their cars on display at the Kauai Culinary Market today at The Shops at Kukuiula, said Melissa McFerrin-Warrack. The weekly market runs from 3:30 to 6 p.m. (go early before Helen Lacono and Ku‘u Breen run out of soups — yes, there’re more than one kind).
