PRINCEVILLE — Hawaii Life Broker Neal Norman was recently named Hawaii’s top Realtor in terms of sales production for the third consecutive year by Real Trends, in tandem with the Wall Street Journal.
Norman also ranked 32nd in the nation according to “The Thousand Real Estate Agent Ranking” by Real Trends.
“What Neal has accomplished is extraordinary,” said Matt Beall, CEO of Hawaii Life. “He’ll say it was a group effort, and he’s always quick to acknowledge Hawaii Life. But the truth is that he’s the top broker in the state of Hawaii because he’s masterful in his work.”
He is representing the two most expensive properties currently for sale on Kauai, a $70 million compound near Kilauea and a $45 million estate on Hanalei Bay.
With his 2016 sales volume totaling $170 million for properties along Kauai’s North Shore, he began his successful career from humble roots.
More than 25 years ago, Norman followed a passion for surfing that led him to permanently settle on Kauai’s North Shore.
Once he planted roots, Norman germinated a love for organic farming. He soon grew his own companies, Kauai Organic Farms and Hawaii Naturals, into thriving enterprises.
He and his team became involved in more than 25 local, regional, national and international philanthropic causes.
“It’s such an honor to get to live on Kauai, do what I love and work with the most extraordinary people from Hawaii and all over the world,” Norman said. “I am so fortunate to work with such great talent.”
He has been credited as the top broker in Kauai real estate since 2009.
With Hawaii Life, Norman has two decades of experience and knowledge of Kauai’s properties. This, combined with his hard work and determination, have earned him and his company a strong following.
“If you want to find your dream home or piece of land to build one, there is no better person to make that happen than Neal,” said professional surfer and musician Donavon Frankenreiter. “He’s become a great friend and made the process of looking for a new home exciting and fun.”
