KOLOA — A public meeting on a new workforce housing project in Poipu is scheduled 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Koloa Neighborhood Center.
The meeting will offer information on Koa‘e, its proposed design, location details and how to apply for tenancy.
When completed, Koa‘e will be comprised of 134 units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Koa‘e is targeted to break ground in 2018 and is expected to take two years to complete.
The meeting will be led by the Kauai County Housing Agency and Mark Development.
