LIHUE — The Salvation Army thrift store on Rice Street temporarily closed this week.
A sign posted in front of the thrift store since Tuesday indicated that an electric problem was the reason for the closure.
A message left on the store’s answering machine said the store may open soon.
The store is not accepting donations until it reopens.
