FIJI — Kauai’s Tatiana Weston-Webb reached the final of the Outerknown Fiji Women’s Pro. She will face Courtney Conlogue in the final heat.
The contest was on standby Wednesday. Next call is today at 7 a.m. Fiji Time.
Weston-Webb narrowly edged Sally Fitzgibbons in the semifinals. Weston-Webb scored 13.54, and Fitzgibbons scored 13.40.
Conlogue defeated Tyler Wright in the semis. She won with a score of 8.17 to Wright’s 7.83.
Prior to the semifinals, Weston-Webb beat Carissa Moore in the quarterfinals with score of 13.40. Moore scored 12.83.
Kauai’s Bethany Hamilton was defeated in Round 4 at Fiji. Hamilton scored 10.67 in Heat 2 of the round, but lost to Wright who scored 15.40.
