Edith Kirie Kojiri of Hanapepe, passed away at the age of 85 on May 16, 2017, at Kaua’i Care Center.
Born on December 22, 1931, in Ele’ele, she was an Occupational Therapy Aide.
She is survived by her husband, Masami Kojiri; sons, Rodney Kojiri of Hanapepe, and Clyde Kojiri of Hanapepe; daughter, Amy (Michael) Liberato of Hanapepe; grandchildren: Tiana Kojiri, Llowen Liberato, Llayla (Jan) Bartolome, and Llara Liberato; great-grandchildren: Lyon Bartolome, and Kolten Kojiri-Perreira; sister, Ann Matsuoka of Ele’ele; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai.
Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 4 p.m.
Casual attire is suggested and flowers are being omitted.
