David Nobriga Sr.
David Nobriga Sr. of Puhi passed away at Wilcox Medical Center on April 14 at the age of 89. He was born in Huleia on July 9, 1927, and retired as a lead man for Grove Farm Co. shop.
He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Nobriga, parents Joseph and Mary Nobriga, brothers Joseph and Edward Nobriga, sisters Carrie Silva and Violet Fernandez, and granddaughters Vanessa Nobriga and Lori J. Nobriga-Nakamoto.
He is survived by daughters Regina Kaui and Rosemary (Melvin) Robley, sons David Jr. (Allison), Mark and Anthony, 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, sister Helen Carreira, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 21 at Immaculate Conception Church, with viewing from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.

Eleanor Jane Rosa Nobriga
Eleanor Jane Rosa Nobriga of Puhi passed away at home on March 26 at the age of 85. She was born in Hanamaulu on Oct. 1, 1931, and was a dedicated homemaker.
She was preceded in death by parents John and Georgina Rosa, brother John Rosa, and granddaughters Lori Jayne Nobriga-Nakamoto and Vanessa Nobriga.
She is survived by daughters Regina Kaui and Rosemary (Melvin) Robley, sons David (Allison) Nobriga Jr., Mark Nobriga and Anthony Nobriga, 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, sisters Lucille Lingaton and Paulette Rosa, brother Harold (Paula) Rosa, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

William ‘Bradda’ F. Rittmeister
William “Bradda” F. Rittmeister of Anahola passed away on April 1 at the age of 78.
Born on Feb. 21, 1939 in Eleele, he was a chief master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army GS12 chief of sports and a Vietnam veteran.
He was preceded in death by parents William and Hannah Rittmeister, sister Arlette Adams and daughter Roseanna Rittmeister.
He is survived by wife Judy Rittmeister, sons William “Bill” (Luana) Rittmeister, Daniel “Danny” (Dora) Rittmeister, Benjamin (Susan) Rittmeister and Benjamin “Kaulu” Rittmeister, sister Peaches Cullen, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 7 from noon to 4 p.m. at Kapaa Beach Park.
