Eleanor Jane Rosa Nobriga
Eleanor Jane Rosa Nobriga of Puhi passed away at home on March 26 at the age of 85. She was born in Hanamaulu on Oct. 1, 1931, and was a dedicated homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Georgina Rosa, brother John Rosa, and granddaughters Lori Jayne Nobriga-Nakamoto and Vanessa Nobriga.
She is survived by her husband David Nobriga Sr., daughters Regina Kaui and Rosemary (Melvin) Robley, sons David (Allison) Nobriga Jr., Mark Nobriga and Anthony Nobriga, 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, sisters Lucille Lingaton and Paulette Rosa, brother Harold (Paula) Rosa, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be Friday, April 21, at Immaculate Conception Church, with viewing from 8 to 9:30 a.m. and Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
