The parents of The Koloa Early School Old Koloa Town are gearing up for this year’s fundraiser on Saturday, April 15.
The Spring Soaker ‘Ohana Day will be at Koloa Ballpark from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities for the keiki include multiple waterslides, large bounce house, craft tent, food booth, lucky drawing and silent auction. The event costs $15 for children (ages 3-18). Children two and under and adults over 18 are free.
Lucky drawing tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the school or at the event. Prizes include gift certificates, clothing, food and art.
The goal is to raise $15,000.
Koloa Early School has been teaching Kauai’s youth for over 20 years. The school is a nonprofit that depends on grants and fundraisers.
Proceeds from Spring Soaker ‘Ohana Day go toward education programs, capital and operational expenses, as well as tuition assistance.
