Dr. Chu’s office is where Tom Niblick had his former Printmaster shop, and Dr. Chu has masterfully transformed the graphic design studio to his working office where he can cruise for those times when he doesn’t want to go back to Oahu.
Paul Hung (he was a manager at the Sheraton Kauai in the late 70s before going to China to operate resorts there) is getting excited about starting his Effective Mandarin Communication classes at the Kauai Community College Office of Continuing Education and Training (he was waiting to see Cheryl Stiglmeier about this).
Les Gushiken is getting excited about doing more of his taro bread (the icing is a killer!) for the Okinawa students (are they going to be at the ACF Breakfast, Sunday, too?) who are visiting Kauai Community College. Les said he wanted to make some peanut butter cookies, so the students could have snacks even after leaving Waipa.
