KILAUEA – Anaina Hou Community Park, the nonprofit home of Kauai Mini Golf & Botanical Gardens in Kilauea, plans to transition its existing cafe operation to a food truck court this year.
The new space will be marketed as the Food Court at Anaina Hou. They are conducting an open process for proposals over the coming weeks as they seek to identify four food truck vendors interested in parking their truck full-time on their campus.
“The Anaina Hou Community Park Board of Directors and I continue to work on ways to ensure that our nonprofit organization remains the North Shore’s premiere gathering place for decades to come,” said Thomas Daubert, executive director of Anaina Hou.
