The Hawaii High School Athletic Association has canceled the consolation matches of both Division I and Division II matches of The Queen’s Medical Center Boys Soccer Championships state tournaments.
Waimea High School’s varsity boys soccer team was scheduled to play Makua Lani of the Big Island Interscholastic Federation in the D2 fifth place match Saturday afternoon at the Waipio Peninsula Soccer Complex on Oahu.
Matches were canceled because of weather and unplayable field conditions. Both D1 and D2 championship matches are tentatively rescheduled for Monday. Match times are to be determined.
